Perfect apartment for students. The staff is great and the apartment itself too. I love that it’s walking distance to most things. I also love all the community events that the apartment hosts.

An amazing apartment and only a short walk from not only San Diego State campus but also various amenities like coffee shops and the grocery store. Lovely and welcoming community and overall an amazing experience.

Great response from leasing office. We moved in and the apartment had not been cleaned over summer, but as soon as we brought it up to leasing office less than 24 hours, the cleaning crew was there and took care of the apartment.

Moving into Paseo Place was very smooth, it was very independent and I like that they are communicative over the phone for any questions that I had. They're transparent about any problems which is rare and do inspections which help out a lot.
