Great for the price! Love how each room gets its own bathroom. There's a lot of kitchen storage space. Maintenance is great at fixing all of the problems.

Great response from leasing office. We moved in and the apartment had not been cleaned over summer, but as soon as we brought it up to leasing office less than 24 hours, the cleaning crew was there and took care of the apartment.

Loved the easy access to help and the layout of the rooms! Everyone is super nice and maintenance is really easy to access. The apartment is well laid out making it easy to have alone or quality time with roommates.

I love how close the apartment location is to the campus which is really nice and the apartments look nice on the inside and outside. Well kept with maintenance and grounds keepers to make the place look nice. I wish there was more to do in the apartment complex like activities for the residents though. But overall, lovely place.

It’s been super great moving here! Leasing office is very helpful and maintenance do a great job of being persistent with any of our needs! Neighbors are all super respectful and the unit has been treating us well.

Pretty good so far. Mostly everyone here goes to SDSU so its not difficult to establish relationships here. Neighbors are mindful and helpful.

A couple of things needed maintenance—the shelf and the lightbulb—but overall, everything is high quality it's spacious, and my roommates are awesome.

Moving into Paseo Place was very smooth, it was very independent and I like that they are communicative over the phone for any questions that I had. They're transparent about any problems which is rare and do inspections which help out a lot.

Everything about the apartment is great. The apartment is nice and although the rooms are a little on the small side, there plenty of storage and a good sized closet that makes up for it. Some loud and late night neighbors but that's to be expected.
